1) Overview

NIT (“we,” “us,” “our”) builds games, AI tools, productivity apps, social features, and mobile experiences that may use sign-in, storage, AI features, device permissions, or user-generated content. This Trust Center explains how we handle information and how we respond to safety reports.

Purpose limitation: We use information and third-party services only to power the intended functionality of each app.

2) Apps and games covered by this policy

This Trust Center currently covers the NIT products listed below.

3) Data we collect

Depending on the app and features you use, we may collect account information, app usage details, content you voluntarily submit, device identifiers, crash logs, and support or moderation reports.

Account & profile data

Email address, login details, profile information, and settings you choose to provide.

User-submitted content

Messages, comments, uploads, reports, feedback, and other content you submit through the app.

Device & diagnostic data

Device type, OS version, app version, coarse diagnostics, and logs used for security and reliability.

Safety & moderation data

Report details, timestamps, account identifiers, and enforcement notes related to safety review.

4) How we use data

  • To create and manage accounts.
  • To provide requested features and customer support.
  • To improve security, investigate abuse, and enforce policies.
  • To review user feedback, safety concerns, and moderation reports.
  • To comply with legal obligations and reporting requirements where applicable.

5) Device permissions

Some NIT apps may request permissions such as camera, microphone, notifications, Bluetooth, or location only when needed for feature functionality.

Camera / photos

Used for photo capture, uploads, scanning, or profile/media features.

Microphone

Used for voice features, audio capture, or communication tools when available.

Location

Used for local discovery, nearby features, or optional location-aware experiences.

Notifications

Used for app alerts, moderation updates, account events, and user-requested reminders.

Important: You can usually control permissions in your device settings. Disabling some permissions may limit features.

6) Sharing & third parties

We may use service providers that help us host data, authenticate users, deliver analytics, process reports, and operate app functionality. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

7) Retention & security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for app operations, support, safety review, fraud prevention, and compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Safety reports: We may retain report records, moderation notes, and related evidence longer when needed for abuse review, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

8) Child safety standards

NIT strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, solicitation involving minors, trafficking, or any content or conduct that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

Zero tolerance: Users may not create, upload, store, request, share, promote, or attempt to distribute content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, nor may they use NIT services to facilitate child endangerment or predatory behavior.

Published standards

These child safety standards are publicly posted in this Trust Center and should also be referenced in your Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for any app with social or community features.

Moderation and enforcement

When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE-related violations, we may remove content, disable access, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve evidence as appropriate, and escalate the case for further review.

Legal compliance

Where required by law, NIT will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or another applicable regional authority, and will comply with lawful requests and child safety laws.

Our designated child safety point of contact is San.Dmv.appdeveloper@gmail.com.

9) Report a child safety concern

Use this form to report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, underage misuse, or other child safety concerns related to a NIT app. Do not upload or forward illegal imagery through email. Describe what you observed, include links or usernames if available, and let us handle the review.

Best practice: add an in-app “Report Safety” button that opens this section directly so users can submit concerns inside the app.
